Terms and Conditions
1. General Policy
By booking with Qibla International Travel, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. These conditions outline your responsibilities as a traveler, our obligations as a service provider, and the policies governing bookings, cancellations, visas, and travel documentation.
All tickets and packages booked through Qibla International Travel are non-changeable and non-refundable once confirmed and paid for.
All deposits or upfront payments are also non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Booking and Ticketing
All prices and flight quotes are subject to change and availability until tickets have been issued. Airline fares and seat availability fluctuate continuously, and prices can only be guaranteed once a ticket has been released.
After full payment has been received, tickets are typically issued within 48 to 72 hours.
For urgent next-day departures, tickets are generally issued within 12 to 24 hours. If you do not receive your ticket within the expected timeframe, please contact Info@qiblainternationaltravel.com immediately.
Airlines now operate primarily on e-ticket systems. Therefore, only electronic tickets will be issued. Paper tickets are generally not provided.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds, when applicable, are processed based on the airline’s rules and regulations, less Qibla International Travel’s administration fee.
Refund processing typically takes 1 to 6 months, depending on airline approval. Refunds will only be released once funds have been received from the relevant airline or service provider.
After six weeks of the initial refund process:
- The refund will be issued if the airline has confirmed there are no issues (such as a used ticket).
- The customer must request release of funds by emailing Info@qiblainternationaltravel.com.
- Refund payments will be made using the same method of payment used for the original booking.
All amendments or changes are subject to fare restrictions and seat availability at the time they are requested.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
It is the traveler’s duty to ensure that all travel documents are complete and valid. These include:
- E-ticket(s)
- Passport
- Visa(s) (if applicable)
- Travel insurance (if required)
- Any other required government or airline-issued documentation
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
Passengers must reconfirm their flights at least 72 hours prior to departure with Qibla International Travel or directly with the airline.
Check-in time is three hours before departure for international flights and two hours before departure for domestic flights.
Qibla International Travel holds no responsibility if boarding or entry is denied due to incorrect, expired, or missing documents, or due to airline or government entry restrictions.
5. Umrah and Visa Services
Visa processing time generally takes up to two weeks. Qibla International Travel is not responsible for visa delays or refusals from the Saudi authorities.
All visa fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of your application.
Visa prices are determined by the Saudi government and may change at any time. Any additional cost due to revised visa fees must be borne by the passenger.
If you have purchased a visa-only service or booked a package that excludes transfers and are later found using NUSUK-provided transfers, Qibla International Travel reserves the right to charge you for the transfer along with any applicable penalty.
All Umrah packages, once confirmed and paid, are non-refundable and non-changeable.
6. Accommodation and Services
We strive to provide accommodation as per your booked package. However, if a supplier changes your confirmed hotel, an alternative property of comparable standard will be arranged, and any difference in cost will be adjusted accordingly.
Please note: Hotels may be changed at the time of travel due to operational or availability reasons. In such cases, Qibla International Travel will provide an alternative hotel of similar category and equivalent services to the originally booked 5-star property.
Two children under the age of 6 years may share a room with their parents at no additional room cost.
However, breakfast charges for children are payable directly at the hotel.
Qibla International Travel acts as a booking intermediary and therefore cannot guarantee hotel amenities, services, or standards. Issues regarding hotel facilities or room conditions should be addressed directly with the hotel management.
If problems arise at check-in, our support team can assist with resolution. After check-in, we are not responsible for property standards or local management issues.
All travel arrangements—flights, hotels, and transportation—are subject to availability and may change based on the supplier’s conditions.
We reserve the right to adjust travel dates or services slightly if required by availability constraints.
7. Payments and Terms
If your booking includes a payment plan, ensure that you receive written confirmation of the plan. Once agreed, this plan will be shared with our airline and hotel partners.
However, during periods of high demand or overbooking risks, earlier payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Payments made using credit cards for business-to-business (B2B) bookings will incur a 2% surcharge. This surcharge is non-refundable.
There are no charges for payments made via debit cards.
Copies of passports and payment cards may be required to verify the cardholder’s identity, especially in payment disputes or when unauthorized activity is suspected.
8. Third-Party Services
Qibla International Travel may organize third-party services such as tours, guides, or transfers on your behalf.
While we ensure these services are arranged correctly, we do not accept liability for the quality, performance, or delivery of services provided by third parties.
9. Legal Acceptance and Agreement
By confirming your travel booking—either verbally, via email, or in writing—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
You further accept full responsibility for verifying your travel itinerary and documentation before ticket issuance.
Quotations remain valid only upon full or deposit payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Qibla International Travel.
Any amendment to these Terms and Conditions must be authorized in writing and approved by a member of Qibla International Travel’s management team.
10. Feedback
We value your feedback to help us improve our services. Please share your thoughts and experiences by emailing Info@qiblainternationaltravel.com.
Thank you for choosing Qibla International Travel.
